Lecture 22 Pre-Class

1. (10 pts.) Quantum noise occurs when qubits do not remain in the state they are set to by the quantum circuit. This can occur due to many outside factors. Look up one cause of quantum noise and explain why it can cause qubits to flip. Note that these sources of noise may be specific to a certain implementation of a quantum computer.
